Through education, she aims to provide a deeper understanding of health and wellness, creating a thoughtful and holistic healthcare experience. Her approach focuses on identifying the root causes of ailments and addressing them directly through personalized treatment plans. Compassion and commitment to high-quality care are the cornerstones of her practice, with a strong emphasis on prevention.

Shefali’s interest in acupuncture began in her late teens. Raised in an Indian family, she was exposed to the benefits of natural medicine, particularly Ayurveda, alongside other forms of treatment for common ailments. Inspired by her own healing, Shefali is passionate about providing holistic care and raising awareness about the effectiveness of TCM in treating chronic conditions. Her goal is to integrate ancient wisdom with modern science to achieve optimal outcomes, offering acupuncture and herbal treatments as a holistic approach to wellness care—aiming to prevent illness and support the management of chronic health conditions. Ultimately, she strives to enhance her patients’ health, improving their overall quality of life.
